REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY – ALL SALES FINAL

By enrolling in any ProDrive Academy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) services, including but not limited to driving lessons, defensive driving courses, driving tests, and any related educational programs, you agree to our strict no-refund policy. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason after a contract has been signed and payment has been made.

Please review this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase. By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


2. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

2.1. Driving Lessons & Courses

  • Payments for driving lessons, classroom instruction, defensive driving courses, and all training sessions are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be granted for missed or canceled lessons, including those due to student lateness, absence, or failure to provide required documents.

2.2. Driving Test Fees

  • All driving test fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the test.
  • No refunds will be granted if the student fails to meet eligibility requirements, fails the test, or chooses not to complete the test.

2.3. Package Deals & Promotions

  • Purchases of lesson packages or promotional discounts are final and cannot be refunded or transferred.

3. RESCHEDULING POLICY

Although no refunds are provided, we do allow limited rescheduling under the following conditions:

  • Students must request a lesson reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.
  • Driving tests may only be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply for last-minute changes.

Failure to provide proper notice will result in the forfeiture of your session or test without a refund.


4. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

4.1. Chargeback Policy

  • By making a purchase, you agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for any reason related to this Refund Policy.
  • If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and seek full payment recovery, including administrative and legal fees.

4.2. Payment Responsibility

  • The student or purchaser remains fully responsible for all payments, regardless of attendance, completion, or test outcome.

5. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

There are no exceptions to this Refund Policy, including but not limited to:
✔ Student withdrawal for personal reasons, medical issues, or scheduling conflicts.
✔ Failure to attend scheduled lessons or tests.
✔ Dissatisfaction with training methods, course content, or instructor performance.
✔ Failure to obtain a driver’s license upon course completion.
